FLASH REPORT! Isang vehikolo na nglalaman ng mga answer sheets sa katatpos lng na civil engineering board exam nahulog sa creek. Ang mga nasabing answer sheets ay pinangangambahang natangya na ng agos ng tubig. Ayon sa panayam, walang magawang alternatibo ang mga kinauukulan kundi ang magretake ang mga kumuha ng exam. Ito nmn ay pinabulaanan ng mga review centers. Ito ang masasabing dahilan kung bakit hanggang sa ngaun ay wala pang lumalabas na resulta.
