UPDATE: April 2009 (LET) Teachers Board (Licensure) Examination Results
The result of the Philippine Licensure (board) Examination for Teachers (LET) which was held Nationwide last September 28, 2008 has been released by the PRC.
The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces that 17,816 elementary teachers out of 58,471 examinees and 18,801 secondary teachers out of 53,195 examinees successfully passed the Licensure Examination for Teachers (L.E.T) given by the Board for Professional Teachers on September 28, 2008 in 24 testing centers all over the Philippines. The Board for Professional Teachers is composed of Dr. Brenda B. Corpuz, Officer-In-Charge; Dr. Josefina T. Cunanan, Vice-Chairperson, Dr. Flordeliza P. Mayari and Dr. Norma A. Adamos, Members.
Oathtaking tickets are available at the Office of Professional Teachers, 3rd Floor, PRC Annex Building for NCR and Region IV passers; and at the PRC regional offices for the passers from the other regions.

I've read all your comments, suggestions, and most especially prayers. Well, I simply agree to those coz i found hard it too, when I took the LET last September 28,'06... that was not my first time, frankly. When i took my first exam i got 68 per cent and i was really felt sorry for myself, blame it to me because i didn't even study hard due to my work. When i took again my second exam, i got 73 per cent (ang sakit di ko talaga naabot) and i asked myself where's the problem then? i studied that time but still... until i thought that during the examination day i made erasures... gush,most of the items so i guess that's the reason.What i did? I stayed myself calm, pagsubok lang talaga to... But when i took again the latest exam, I made it sure that i'll not make any erasures and so i did.. but i was trapped on the questions given...whewww... talgang magkakaroon ako sakit sa ulo, but it's okay tapos narin may doubts nga lang... So I just PRAY, im not hoping, I just really PRAY that I will PASS this time... hirap maghanap pera talaga for registration and other payments involved.
GOD BLESS TO ALL OF US GUYS... MAY THE LORD SHOWER HIS BLESSINGS UPON US!!! MAY HIS MERCY BE FELT AND BE EXPERIENCED...

haaay...tagal talaga ng result nakakainip maghintay..the longer they(PRC) reveal the results the more naman yata tayong lahat aatakihin sa kaka hintay kung pumasa ba tayo o hindi...
siguro nakita ng PRC ung errors sa set b and they are having problems on how to correct their mistakes guys kaya natagalan ung result na dapat by october na release na nila. Set b din ung sakin kay sa lahat ng takers ng LET 2008 exam set b or a man sana pumasa tayo.. awa ng DIOS...GOD SPEED and GOD BLESS US ALL.

Hi, I am somewhat confused as to why people are demanding the results now.
First, I read in the brochure that the Teacher Licensure Exam and that for Nursing usually need a greater amount of time for PRC to release the examination results. Its actually written at the last part of the brochure given right after submitting the application requirements.
Another thing, the April 2008 LET Results came out faster because there were only a few applicants who took the test. Add that its schedule did not coincide with a lot of other PRC board schedules (i.e. if there were any).
That is in comparison in the number of examinees last Sept. 2008 which was estimated to be about 80,000 - 100,000 (this is in accordance to the proctor who handled us during the exam).
My friend who took the Nursing Board had to wait for 2 months for her results to be released. So I am expecting the results to come out by mid-December.
Although I am with you guys in wanting to know the results, we have no choice but to wait. Let's just pray that all of us will have a joyous Christmas if it does come out in December ^_^

There are lots of error in the exam especially in Professional Education...Examinees are required not to commit erasures or it will invalidate their answers...However, some questions were erroneous that confused the examinees and made them commit erasures...I hope PRC will look at this matter because it would be unfair for everybody...
There were two cases presented in Professional Education area that switched questions and options like in the case of Teacher X and Teacher F...I had to erase some of my answers to fit to the necessary case because the watcher in the exam can't do anything about it...

When you go to government agencies, pag pumila ka, ang bagal, pero pag my under the table mabilis pa sa alas kuwatro ang result. E yung LET kaya result kaya? Anong date next year mari-release?

Don't worry so much about the erasures guys. If your shading was dark enough (not too dark I hope), I'm sure the machine will read it. I hope your erasures are clean though!

Set B was hell. When I asked the proctor about the errors, she said "Oh, we have no jurisdiction over that." Why couldn't she just ask the PRC officials who were there? Tsk tsk.

Why is it that ang tagal nang result nang LET?nauna pang lumabas ang result nang ibang exams....mahirap bang mag check sa result nang teachers exam?bat ang tagal naman...does this mean na nahihirapan ang PRC sa pag check kasi marami silang errors from the start palang?

yah guys tama kayo set b have many erroneous item kasi set b din ako me magagawa po ba ang prc bout this kc napakalaking bgay po nito sa amin ung mga mawawalang mga points it is very important on our part kasi po career po ang nakasalalay d2 at di lang po un ang hirap at suporta ng mga mahal namin sa buhay di po bay nakaka prostrate at disapointed na haharap ka sa kanila at wala kang ibang msabi kasi me problem pala about the exam im just an examinee who care about the money time and family and relative efforts na they put just to overcome this nahi2ya po ako syempre sa kanila. hope PRC will have a move for this certain issue

sana lang po huwag kayo basta-basta kukuha ng examiner na walang alam sa pagbibigay ng exam.. tulad ng ngyari po sa amin iyong examiner namin sa amin pa nagtatanung. iyong rules kung kelan tapos na saka binasa. diba sa election teacher ang pinapaupo kase ang teacher ang higit na me alam sa proseso bakit sa pagbibigay ng exam isang goverment employe ang pinabibigay.... sana po maging ma-ingat kayo sa pagpili kase madami examiner ang hindi alam kung ano ang gagawin. you can ask the prc member who are assigned in UE. tlgah kawawa kami don kami pa ang tinatanung kung ano ang dapat gawin
